Restore your connection to nature with three days of sandbar yoga, led by Conner Burnham and Sherrie May, on a remote uninhabited Mississippi River island.

Mid-day exploration and paddling to nearby back channels and secret waterways into jungle-bound oxbow lakes.

Miles of sandbars and river beaches to explore. Great driftwood hunting, found objects, journaling, photography, painting and drawing!

At night time the crickets and owls sing you to sleep.
At first light, terns and other shore birds will be your reveille.

Unparalleled relaxation and serenity as you leave behind all worldly concerns and embrace the endless waters of the lower Mississippi River and the infinite sky.
Treat yourself to a little peace and rejuvenation, Mississippi River Style.

Optional morning and evening meditation.

Gourmet pesco-vegetarian cooking (we include fish) featuring locally raised fruits and vegetables.

Wilderness guiding by Quapaw Canoe Company of Clarksdale.
