2022 Canoe & Kayak Rental Form
All rentals include paddles, PFDs, stern rope, bow rope, bailers & sponges. Renters are responsible for return of all equipment in good condition.

Meet place for trips is Quapaw Canoe Company, 291 Sunflower Avenue, Clarksdale, MS. Park your vehicle. Pack your gear in our waterproof dry bags, board our shuttle. And head off to an adventure on the biggest river in North America!

Terms for Equipment Rental
- Paddler must be able to self-rescue, using included sponges & bailers.
- Paddlers responsible for any damages or loss of equipment. Paddler responsible for payment of any repairs deemed necessary by Quapaw Canoe Company. Assessment made before and after rental. Equipment list and approximate value on reverse side of this form.
- Each paddler must sign a liability release and statement of responsibility before taking a boat. A parent or guardian must be present and sign for anyone under 18.
- While Quapaw is not responsible for evaluating a paddler’s skill or ability, or determining their route and destination, we reserve the right to refuse rentals to those individuals whose skills do not seem suitable for their intended outing.
